Overview

The director of Education Through Engagement, Dr. Lisa Collins, says, “I became a coach after I experienced healing from Conscious Freedom life coaching.”

By partnering up with Conscious Freedom Coaching as a life coach, the firm Education Through Engagement is committed to providing the best life coaching services for people of color to deal with and heal from workplace racial trauma. In addition, the firm offers various consulting services to improve the environment and initiate progressive community spaces. The consulting firm is always looking for opportunities to work with experts and spread their healing frameworks. This partnership is also an opportunity to showcase Dr. Lisa’s ethnographic research and expertise through life coaching.

The consulting services are not only limited to organizations but also individuals. The individual coaching program focuses on employee well-being to increase productivity and organizational culture in the workplace. According to Lisa, if employees lack compassion for themselves, they will likely struggle with compassion for others. By coaching for employee well-being, the organization can improve corporate culture, profit, and have a loyal workforce.

As a black woman, Lisa considers her identity an essential part of her profession. Many people are impressed by the works and projects Lisa put forward to improve mindsets and bring hope to people suffering from racial trauma.
