Sameer Sawaqed is a 23-year-old Gen Z influencer, mentor, and business development representative in tech, who was motivated to make a difference and drew his inspiration from him successfully losing 100+ pounds when he was only 19, an age where most teenagers are just busy having fun and have no serious goals. Sameer grew up in Chicago. His childhood is filled with the struggles linked with being an obese individual. But once he decided to be his fittest self, he put in his truest efforts and lost 100 pounds.

He started his journey as an advocate when he was 19 years old only when he documented his 100-pound weight loss journey. The moments he shared with others have motivated many other people to take the first step toward weight loss.Sameer fears leaving the earth without leaving behind an impact: “I want to build something so that when I am gone, I know I can continue to impact, inspire, and empower others. There is no better feeling than inspiring and empowering others”.

Sameer also started the “The More We Know” podcast as he observed that a lot of us in our 20s do not have a lot of guidance. So he tried to fill in the gap by starting his podcast where he brings on experts from all around the world. These experts help inspire, educate and empower people especially those from Generation Z through sharing their struggles and successes with them. Sameer came to us because he wanted to further boost his podcast program as well as his social media credibility and authority.
