After Yext, he took on the responsibility of running sales and marketing for Betterfly, where he made a major contribution to restructuring their business strategy and acquiring clients across different sectors. Subsequently, he became involved in organizing events with leaders from various industries, significantly expanding his network.

Ryan currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Armus Solutions, where he assists companies in protecting and preserving their assets through the application of nanotechnology. This involves working across different industries such as utility, construction, healthcare, and agriculture. Throughout his career, Ryan has collaborated with individuals from Accenture, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Google, Apple, Bombardier, Roche, Johnson & Johnson, and various other industry leaders.

Ryan Shemen has also tried his hand at entrepreneurship and found success as a renowned event maestro under the banner name 'Success with TeamWork' in New York. Through this venture, Ryan gained experience in setting up large-scale fundraising efforts for international clients and has organized over a thousand functions. He applied his event management skills to fashion shows and corporate events as well.
